city center friendly staff convenient locker

The location worked wonderfully, providing easy access to the city center and nearby restaurants, i liked the friendly staff. They helped me with directions! the luggage lockers were convenient, enabling me to store my bags before check-in and after check-out.

the bathroom felt a little small, with the toilet close to the sink!

the location is perfect for moving around the center. it is also near the train station. the beds were very comfortable. super tidy and the staff was super attentive!

perfect location helpful staff working air conditioning fantastic shower

The location is amazing. I was close to everything! the staff was super helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile and directions. the air conditioning in my room worked perfectly, crucial for the weather. i had a fantastic shower. The water pressure was strong and consistent.

the elevator was a bit small, it felt a little tight when i had luggage.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

noisy staff low water pressure

The cleaning staff made quite a bit of noise above my room early each morning. I could hear them talking and moving things around. It was hard to sleep past 8 AM. The shower head was also a problem. It wouldn't stay in position and kept falling down. one morning, there was no hot water at all. The staff said too many guests showered and used it all. There was also low water pressure most of the time.

the location was excellent. i was very happy to find locker facilities for luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, that was convenient.

The room lacked a safe. I had to carry my valuables with me.

i found the staff very helpful . they helped me with directions. the hotel location was central to many shops and sites. also, the free lockers let me store luggage before check-in.

the room was small and basic. the air conditioning made some noise when i turned it on. the breakfast area felt crowded with too many people in a small space.
